hey guys,
welcome to my 1st blog post from India. Have been here for a week but have been a little busy in travelling and my Internship and things. So today lets begin my Indian campaign.
When i left Dijon and France a week back i was a little hesitant about how would i adjust back into the wonderland called INDIA but i forgot does anyone need to adjust back at home. After landing in Delhi i spent 2 days with mom and grandma before i finally left for my institute, for my international friends, it is IMT(Institute of Management Technology in Nagpur).
On my drive from the city to the campus the heat seemed to melt me and i felt as if where was i heading and how will i manage the various things here.
But it has been a great 3 days here. With only 15-20 people on campus it is full of fun and timepass. Agreed travelling to the city daily in this heat and that also in a crumbling state transport bus is bad but otherwise things are great. Sitting in the library to beat the afternoon heat, all of us sitting and having meals together, the games of cricket in the evening, its just great
U know what guys, for the 1st time in my life i slept outside in the lawn under the open sky. It was real fun and we also manage to get one of the classrooms opened so that we can use the airconditioning which the hostel rooms dont have. What a calm sleep u get there.
To add to the fun we are planning a trip to the waterpark tomorrow. I thought i was gonna slog it out here but that part is still to come.
Yesterday i waited for 5.5 hrs to meet my boss, a meeting which was scheduled for 12 noon finally took place at 5.30 pm. From monday its gonna be a full days work slogging it out in the 50 degrees centigrade Nagpur sun but i also know it wont be as bad as it seems
I overestimated the troubles here but it was fun and its the same with every aspect in life. So i am sure the 1 month that i spend at Pepsi is gonna be great too. Any probs will have a bottle of Cola and chill. After all, Yeh Hai Youngistaan Meri Jaan.
